I completed my 200-hour YTT at Laughing River Yoga, where I'm currently working toward an additional 300-hour certification. I practice yoga to help quiet my (loud, always interrupting!) mind and to channel my passion (so much!) in positive ways. Translation: Yoga helps keep me sane and is good for everyone around me.
